Qualification and Skills Requirements
Higher education degree in Management and business administration (preferably ESM and CSB);
Minimum 3 years of working experience (preferably in a Bank);
Experience in marketing, sales or product development would be an advantage;
Proven experience of managing/coordinating projects;
Creativity is a must;
Excellent command of English language and outstanding business communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
A proven ability to handle diverse and varied tasks and to work to deadlines;
Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office;
Good Leadership and presentational skills;
Good communication and organisational skills with an ability to execute tasks with minimum supervision, combined with an aptitude for working under pressure and close attention to detail.
Ability to work in team effectively;
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Analysing opportunities and ideas for new products development;
Making feasibility studies of new product ideas, preparing them for board approval;
Analyzing various Georgian and foreign banking products;
Conducting necessary research concerning new product image, characteristics, sales targets etc.;
Preparing marketing and feasibility analyses for redesign of existing products and services;
Managing projects of TBC Bank products and services implementation, development and improvement;
Leading the activities of the full project life cycle and ensuring overall management of project work;
Creating project scope and work breakdown structure and representing the project to the project board;
Ensuring the availability of necessary resources and tools assigned to the tasks according to the project plan;
Tracking project plan, milestones and deliverables and coordinating activities with team members;
Monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project, organizing the meetings with project team for finding problem solving solutions;
Being the key project team member in major strategic projects of TBC Bank;
